Project Scope:
Improve upon the already popular Rascal V1 by creating a modernized version 2 that employs the latest design standards, incorporates new pivot hardware and assembly design to increase stiffness, durability, and reduce service intervals, and maintains the exceptional ride quality and versatility of its predecessor.
Project responsibilities:
Design phase: Product specification analysis and creation, oversight and internal approval of industrial design, 3D creation, 2D creation, test plan creation, and graphics package creation
Development/project management phase: Project manager through development phase, including pilot sample planning and execution, development samples verification of through both lab testing and ride testing, review/approval of cosmetic samples, and pilot run approval for mass production
Launch phase: create outward facing information, including website graphic assets and technical service and assembly manuals
