Project Scope:
Improve Ranger V1 frame through creation of new rear triangle to ensure SRAM UDH/Transmission compatibility, enhance stiffness and rear wheel tracking, and create and implement new pivot hardware design to increase hardware durability and improve/simplify end user serviceability.
Project responsibilities:
Design phase: Product specification analysis and creation, industrial design, 3D and 2D creation of rear triangle, links and all hardware, test plan creation, graphics package creation
Development/project management phase: Project manager through entire development phase, including pilot sample planning and execution, development samples verification of through both lab testing and ride testing, review/approval of cosmetic samples, and pilot run approval for mass production
Launch phase: create outward facing information, including website graphic assets and technical service and assembly manuals
