Project Scope:
Create Revel’s first eMTB: a dedicated enduro race bike built around the Bosch Performance SX drive unit, while implementing Ratio Fit Philosophy to improve rider fit and performance and implementing a new pivot hardware design to improve frame stiffness, bearing longevity, and ease of pivot serviceability.
Project responsibilities:
Design phase: Product specification analysis and creation, industrial design and 3D creation of all frame components and accessories, full size buildout, 2D creation and verification, test plan creation, graphics package creation
Development/project management phase: Project manager through entire development phase, including pilot sample planning and execution, development samples verification of through both lab testing and ride testing, review/approval of cosmetic samples, and pilot run approval for mass production
Launch phase: create outward facing information, including website graphic assets and technical service and assembly manuals
